Grey's Anatomy: Frances Conroy guest star

Adesso che la macchina di Grey's Anatomy si è messa in funzione iniziamo anche a scoprire i nomi di guest star imoportanti che rivestriranno il ruolo, molto spesso, di pazienti.
E' fresca la notizia che Frances Conroy, già vista in "Six Feet Under", interpreterà una paziente che ha un blacks out, che da quanto ho capito è una sorta di perdita di memoria in cui non si è più la capacità di fissare i ricordi a lungo termine e/o non si ricorda il passato. La particolarità di questo blacks out è che avviene quando la donna scopre per caso suo marito che in lavanderia nasconde i pantaloni di un'altra donna.
La particolarità del caso però è che sembra che la donna stia fingendo, anzi potrebbe pure aver ucciso il marito, e le nostre Meredith e Cristina avranno il compito di scoprire la verità.

Per il momento questo episodio mi intriga molto, infatti l'idea di una contaminazione con un poliziesco potrebbe essere interessante, potrebbe essere uno di quegli episodi che escono dallo schema dei classici episodi di Grey's Anatomy.

Frances Conroy, who played matriarch Ruth Fisher on HBO’s Six Feet Under, has been cast on Grey’s Anatomy in a role that sounds perfectly suited for this Golden Globe winner’s dramatic and comedic talents. Frances will guest star as a patient named Eleanor who blacks out. But that’s not the fun part. Grey’s creator Shonda Rhimes tells me Eleanor claims she blacked out right around the time she raced into a Laundromat and caught her naughty husband folding another woman’s panties. Don’t you just hate when that happens?

“Whether or not she really blacked out is an issue,” says Rhimes. Hmm… Might Frances’ vindictive character have sent her husband six feet under? That’ll be for Detectives Grey and Yang to investigate. Apparently all those Cagney & Lacey reruns I’ve been watching have gotten the best of my imagination.
