Meredith: [voiceover] Surgeons are detail-oriented. We like statistics and checklists and operating procedures. Our patients live because we enjoy following the steps but as much as we love to always rely on the numbers, the plan we also know that some of the greatest medical discoveries have happened by accident. Mold: Penicilin. Poisonous tree bark: a cure for Malaria, a little blue pill for high blood pressure, impotence be damned. It’s hard for us to accept that it’s not always the hard work or attention to detail that will get us the answers we are looking for. Grey's Anatomy: Miranda nuovamente single?

Dopo il fallito matrimonio di Miranda mi aspettavo per lei un lungo periodo di riflessione, lungo almeno una stagione, dopo di che per lei vedevo all'orizzonte un'altra storia importante. Un poco come accaduto a Cristina dopo la dipartita di Burke.
Peccato che tutti i fidazati di Miranda trovino lavoro da altre parti, inoltre pare che gli autori non vogliano ripetere con lei trame del tipo "sappiamo che sta con qualcuno, ma non lo vediamo ad ogni episodio perché non lavora al SGMWH", come era con il marito. Sapevamo che la nostra Miranda era sposata pur non vedendo il marito ad ogni episodio.

Comunque Daniel Sunjata che interpreta l'attuale fidanzato di Miranda è stato scritturato per la serie TV "The Dark Knight Rises", che se ho capito bene ha a che fare con Batman

Grey's Anatomy: Alex vincente?

Mentre Callie ed Arizona sono intente nel loro matrimonio in ospedale la vita va avanti. In particolare tutti gli aspiranti all'ambito posto di Capo dei Tirocinanti si rendono presto conto che in testa alla classifica e con un netto vantaggio ci sono Alex e Meredith. I colleghi allora in questo episodio faranno di tutto per annullare il distacco, ad esempio Jackson parteciperà ad un trial, pare sul diabete, assieme a Webber. L'unica più rassegnata sembrerebbe Cristina la quale sa di avere meno possibilità dei colleghi perché la giuria è composta da suo marito.

A meno di futuri colpi di scena mi aspetto che alla fine a uscire vincitore sia Alex perché sembra proprio che Meredith venga scoperta sul finale di stagione ... a meno che la scorrettezza di Meredith, che dovrebbe coinvolgere tutti, non faccia decidere a Webber che nessuno di tirocinanti in gara per il posto di Capo dei Tirocinanti si meriti il titolo, e quindi questo venga assegnato o a qualcuno del sesto anno o .... o non saprei a chi.

Grey's Anatomy: non saranno tutte rose e fiori

Nell'episodio in onda questa sera in America le nostre Callie ed Arizona convoleranno a giuste nozze. Si potrebbe pensare che per i tre dottori ed una bambina, non scordate lo ZioMark, sia giutno finalmente il momento della felicità, ed invece i nostri vivono in una serie TV e quindi la felicità ha spesso la data di scadenza.
Non sappiamo cosa succederà a rovinare l'idilliaco momento, sappiamo solo che dobbiamo essere pronti a tutto. Probabilmente succederà qualcosa nel finale di stagione, qualcosa le cui conseguenze si riperquoteranno nella ottava stagione, oppure finiremo in bellezza per iniziare invece il prossimo anno con qualche problemuccio da affrontare.

Grey's Anatomy: il finale di Cristina ed Owen?

Pare che nel finale la coppia Cristina ed Owen si troverà ad un punto di svolta quando Cristina riceverà delle novità inquietanti. Secondo Shonda il modo in cui la coppia affronterà il problema ci indicherà quale sarà il futuro di questa coppia.

Quale può essere questa notizia? Cristina o Owen scoprono di avere una qualche malattia? Cristina scopre di aspettare un figlio? Oppure Cristina, un poco come Arizona, ha ricevuto una allettante offerta di lavoro che però la porterà lontano da Owen? E se la notizia avesse a che fare con Teddy e la sua decisione?

Meredith: [voiceover] We have to keep reinventing ourselves almost every minute because the world can change in an instant, and there's no time for looking back. Sometimes the changes are forced on us, sometimes they happen by accident, and we make the most of them. We have to constantly come up with new ways to fix ourselves. So we change, we adapt, we create new versions of ourselves. We just need to be sure that this one is an improvement over the last.
